CONFIDENTIALITY – In addition to complying with any non-disclosure agreements you may wish to implement, all documents that are sent to me will be encrypted (if digital) or kept under lock and key (if in hardcopy) for the entire time they are in my possession.  Your identity will also be held in strict confidence and never revealed without your explicit consent.

SPECIALIZATION – I work hard to ensure that clients receive the most accurate translation possible. Hence, I have specializations in a number of subject areas, including military/defense, government/politics, information technology, general business, and patents.  If you have a translation need in a language other than Chinese or in a field with which I am not sufficiently familiar, I will do my best to put you in touch with a reliable translator who can fill your needs.
